MARKETING HEAD / MARKETING MANAGER

About the Role

We are looking for a smart, creative and result-oriented Marketing Head/Manager who can independently handle the company's marketing activities and generate quality leads for our real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute online & offline marketing campaigns.
Generate quality leads through Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media & Property Portals.
Manage and improve the company's social media presence and branding.
Coordinate with the Sales Team for better lead conversion and site visits.
Track marketing performance, leads, CPL and ROI.
Study market trends and competitor activities.
Manage marketing vendors, agencies and promotional activities.
Plan and manage the marketing budget.
Lead and coordinate the marketing team.
Prepare regular marketing reports for management.

Required Skills

3–7 years of marketing experience; Real Estate experience preferred.
Good knowledge of Digital Marketing & Lead Generation.
Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads and Social Media Marketing.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good leadership and team-handling ability.
Creative, target-oriented and result-driven.
Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Preferred Candidate

Someone who can take ownership, bring new marketing ideas, generate quality leads and contribute directly to business growth.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
