The Specialist in this role will be required to feature development, legacy application enhancement, cloud adoption, and production support. You will work across backend services, frontend applications, databases, and cloud environments while helping transition the platform from a legacy monolithic architecture to a modern cloud-native solution.

Making an impact. What will you do?

The specialist in this position will be developing, testing, and maintaining features across Java/Spring backend services and React frontend applications
And deliver enhancements, bug fixes, and new functionality that support evolving business requirements
You will also build and maintain REST APIs, integrations, and data-driven solutions
And participate in database design, query optimization, and application performance improvements and technical design discussions, backlog refinement, and solution planning
You will also support modernization and refactoring initiatives under the guidance of Technical Leads and Senior Engineers
Along with assisting in decomposing legacy functionality into modern services and components
Furthermore, contribute to reducing technical debt and improving application maintainability
Also, assist with deployments and CI/CD pipeline activities
Lastly, work closely with developers, Technical Leads, QA engineers, Product Owners, and stakeholders

Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?

You must have more than five (5+) years of professional software development experience.
Required to have experience building, supporting, and enhancing enterprise or business-critical applications
Experience working within established codebases rather than exclusively greenfield projects is also a must
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
You must have ability to work independently while seeking guidance when needed
Good verbal and written English communication skills is non-negotiable
Also, the ability to collaborate effectively in globally distributed teams
