Full job description

Job Summary

The Accounts & Administration Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting activities in Tally, managing inventory records, generating invoices, coordinating dispatch operations, and supporting general administrative functions.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Tally Operations

Generate sales invoices, quotations, debit notes, and credit notes in Tally.
Record purchase invoices, receipts, payments, and journal vouchers.
Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure timely data entry.
Reconcile customer and supplier accounts periodically.
Assist in preparing GST-related reports and documentation.
Maintain proper filing of accounting and financial records.

Inventory Management

Maintain stock records in Tally and ensure inventory accuracy.
Monitor stock movement, receipts, issues, and adjustments.
Track slow-moving and fast-moving inventory items.

Dispatch & Logistics Coordination

Prepare dispatch documents, delivery challans, and e-way bills.
Coordinate with transporters and courier agencies for timely deliveries.
Monitor dispatch schedules and ensure order fulfillment.
Maintain dispatch records and update shipment status.
Coordinate with customers regarding delivery schedules when required.

Administrative Functions

Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
Handle routine correspondence and administrative support activities.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.

Required Qualifications

Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
Certification or practical knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime preferred.
Basic knowledge of GST, invoicing, and inventory management.

Experience

1–3 years of experience in accounting, inventory management, or administrative roles.
Experience working with Tally ERP/Tally Prime is preferred.

Required Skills

Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.
Understanding of accounting principles and inventory controls.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Accuracy of accounting entries and invoices.
Timely generation of invoices and dispatch documents.
Inventory record accuracy and reconciliation
Compliance with accounting and documentation procedures.

Location

Candidate from NOIDA only will be considered.

Pay: ₹15,094.33 - ₹20,663.75 per month
