Full job description

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter & Admin professional who can independently handle end-to-end recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations, and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of recruitment processes and excellent coordination and communication skills. Real estate industry experience will be preferred.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition

Handle end-to-end recruitment for corporate and site-level positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, references, social media, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Coordinate interviews with management and department heads.
Manage candidate follow-ups, salary negotiations, selection, and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment MIS, interview schedules, and candidate databases.
Ensure timely closure of open positions as per business requirements.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for regular and critical vacancies.

HR Operations

Manage joining and exit formalities of employees.
Prepare and maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
Coordinate attendance, leave, late-coming, and absenteeism-related matters.
Assist in preparation of HR reports, MIS, and management updates.
Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies, company rules, and procedures.
Handle employee grievances and day-to-day HR-related queries.
Coordinate with payroll/accounts team for salary-related inputs.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company HR processes.

Administration

Manage day-to-day office and site administrative activities.
Coordinate office/site requirements, housekeeping, security, stationery, and other administrative arrangements.
Maintain records of company assets, inventory, and administrative supplies.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers as required.
Ensure smooth functioning of office/site administrative operations.
Handle employee facilities and general administrative requirements.

Required Skills

Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in HR Recruitment and Administration.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment.
Good knowledge of HR operations and employee documentation.
Hands-on experience with Naukri and other recruitment portals.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and HR MIS.
Ability to independently manage multiple vacancies and HR/admin responsibilities.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced real estate environment.
Real estate/construction industry experience will be preferred.

Qualification

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
