Experience Required: 1–2 Years
Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented SEO Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and a strong understanding of both technical and content-driven SEO strategies. You will be responsible for improving website visibility, increasing organic traffic, and driving business growth through effective SEO practices.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
Conduct keyword research and identify new ranking opportunities.
Perform website audits and recommend technical SEO improvements.
Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, internal linking, and URL structures.
Develop and implement content strategies based on keyword research and search intent.
Build high-quality backlinks using ethical white-hat SEO techniques.
Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and SEO KPIs, and prepare regular performance reports.
Stay updated with Google's algorithm changes and industry best practices.
Collaborate with content writers, designers, and developers to implement SEO recommendations.

Required Qualifications

1–2 years of proven experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
Strong knowledge of On-Page SEO and Off-Page SEO.
Good understanding of Technical SEO fundamentals.
Strong knowledge of Content Strategy and content optimization.
Experience with keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO reporting.
Familiarity with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar SEO tools.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structure is an advantage.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
Knowledge of Google Ads.
Experience working with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
Understanding of local SEO and SEO best practices for lead generation.
