Role Summary
The Business HR Associate will function as a strategic HR business partner responsible for recruiting, managing, monitoring and driving the productivity of a business team of approximately 20 employees, including Counsellors, PREs, Marketing Executives and Marketing Interns. The role is highly performance-oriented and requires continuous field and operational monitoring, employee productivity management, admission and revenue support, and execution of day-to-day HR operations.
The position demands high dedication, strong leadership, discipline, accountability and the ability to work closely with Zonal Heads and business teams to ensure that employees achieve their assigned targets and contribute directly towards organisational growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Management & Productivity
- Manage and supervise a team of approximately 20 employees.
- Ensure daily attendance, discipline, punctuality and work accountability of all mapped employees.
- Monitor employee productivity on an hourly basis and maintain real-time performance tracking.
- Conduct continuous follow-ups with team members to ensure achievement of daily and weekly targets.
- Identify non-performing employees and implement corrective actions, counselling and productivity improvement initiatives.
- Ensure strict adherence to reporting timelines and operational discipline.
2. Recruitment & Manpower Planning
- Recruit Counsellors, PREs, Marketing Executives, Marketing Interns and other business support staff as per manpower requirements.
- Conduct sourcing, screening, interviews, coordination and onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain a continuous talent pipeline to support business expansion across all verticals.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies and workforce availability.
3. Business HR & Revenue Generation
- Work closely with the assigned Zonal Head and business team to drive admissions and revenue generation.
- Monitor lead generation, field activities, counselling productivity and admission conversions.
- Ensure that the assigned team contributes effectively towards business targets.
- Track team-wise revenue performance and submit business productivity reports to management.
- Support admission campaigns, marketing drives and institutional growth initiatives across KTGS, KTHS, IIG Academy, TITE, IIG Sports and IIG Arts Academy.
4. Continuous Monitoring & Reporting
- Conduct continuous field and campus monitoring of assigned employees.
- Maintain hourly reporting of employee movement, productivity, bookings, admissions and target achievement.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly productivity reports.
- Escalate performance deviations and operational issues immediately to the Reporting Manager.
- Ensure accurate documentation of employee performance and business outcomes.
5. HR Operations
- Manage employee attendance, leave records and daily HR coordination.
- Support onboarding, documentation, employee records and HRMS-related activities.
- Coordinate performance reviews, KRA/KPI implementation and employee evaluation processes.
- Assist in employee engagement, grievance handling and policy communication.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and operational procedures.
6. Coordination & Business Support
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for the assigned Zonal Head and business team.
- Coordinate with Finance, Administration, Operations and Marketing departments for smooth execution of business activities.
- Support fee collection follow-ups, admission drives and business expansion initiatives wherever required.
- Participate in daily business review meetings and management discussions.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Recruitment closure of assigned positions within defined timelines.
- Productivity of the assigned 20-member team.
- Admission and revenue contribution of the mapped business team.
- Employee attendance, discipline and reporting compliance.
- Hourly and daily monitoring accuracy.
- Reduction in non-performing employees.
- Timely submission of productivity and business reports.
- KRA/KPI implementation and performance improvement of assigned employees.

Qualification
- MBA / PGDM in HR, Marketing or Business Administration (preferred).
- Graduate with relevant experience may also be considered.
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in HR, Business HR, Recruitment, Operations or Sales Team Management.
- Experience in managing field teams, admissions, marketing teams or revenue-driven operations will be preferred.
Working Conditions
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (or as per business requirements).
- Nature of Work: Office + Field Monitoring.
- This role requires travel across all IIG Group offices, campuses and operational locations Odisha.

- Salary: Rs 12,000/--18,000/-
