Key Responsibilities
Lead program planning and execution for the Trucks & Buses Product Development portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, quality, and launch milestones.
Own the Master Project Plan covering milestones, work packages, resources, dependencies, critical paths, and gateway activities.
Establish and drive PMO frameworks for governance, milestone tracking, risk management, resource planning, performance monitoring, and recovery actions.
Provide leadership with enterprise-level visibility on project health, risks, dependencies, budgets, and critical decisions through periodic governance and management reviews.
Drive cross-functional execution with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, Purchasing, and Program teams to resolve bottlenecks and ensure timely product launches.
Lead resource and capacity planning, manpower planning, hiring requirements, and resource utilization across Product Development.
Drive financial governance for development budgets and Capex, monitoring costs, utilization, and deviations.
Identify and mitigate program risks, escalate critical issues, and drive timely corrective and recovery actions.
Champion PMO maturity, continuous improvement, best practices, and new project management processes.
Coordinate project assessments/ratings with internal and external agencies and support Product Development on resource, finance, and governance requirements.

Qualifications
BE/BTech+M.Tech/MBA
General Requirements
Knowledge of new product development processes / MPDS
Expertise in budget, cost management, and manpower planning
Familiarity with APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA
Proficiency in MS Office
