DIGITAL MARKETING, E-COMMERCE & AI SPECIALIST

Patiala, Punjab – Office Based
₹40,000–₹70,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Full-Time Position

We are an established Australian landscaping, building and garden supplies business looking for an experienced Digital Marketing, E-commerce & AI Specialist to join our growing team in Patiala.

We are looking for someone who understands traditional digital marketing but is also passionate about AI, automation and emerging technology.

This is not an entry-level position.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital Marketing

Manage and optimise Google Ads
Manage Facebook & Instagram (Meta) advertising
Develop marketing strategies to generate leads and sales
Manage SEO and improve Google rankings
Develop remarketing and retargeting campaigns
Plan and manage email marketing campaigns
Develop campaigns targeting builders, landscapers, trades and homeowners
Monitor advertising spend, conversions, leads and ROI

Website & E-commerce

Manage and regularly update our website
Upload new products, images, pricing and descriptions
Improve product categories and website content
Develop landing pages for products and promotions
Improve website conversion rates
Research new products and competitor activity
Create and maintain online and PDF product catalogues

Content & Creative

Create marketing campaigns, promotions and offers
Develop catalogues, flyers and product brochures
Create social media content
Use Canva or similar design tools
Assist with basic video and reel creation

AI & AUTOMATION — IMPORTANT PART OF THE ROLE

We want someone who is genuinely interested in how Artificial Intelligence can improve a real business.

You will be expected to:

Keep up to date with new AI tools and developments
Research practical AI applications for our business
Use AI to improve marketing productivity and content creation
Explore AI-powered customer service and website solutions
Explore automation of customer enquiries and lead follow-ups
Help improve email and WhatsApp workflows using AI and automation
Investigate AI-assisted quotation and product recommendation systems
Explore marketing and customer database automation
Use AI for competitor and market research
Explore AI-assisted reporting and business analytics
Identify repetitive office tasks that could be automated
Work with management to introduce useful AI systems into the business

Every month, you will be expected to recommend practical AI or automation improvements that can increase sales, improve customer service, reduce costs or save staff time.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

We are looking for someone with approximately 3+ years of practical digital marketing experience and a strong interest or practical experience in AI and automation.

Strong experience in several of the following is required:

✓ Google Ads
✓ Meta/Facebook & Instagram Ads
✓ SEO
✓ Google Analytics / GA4
✓ Google Search Console
✓ Website/e-commerce management
✓ Email marketing
✓ Canva or similar design software
✓ Lead generation & conversion tracking
✓ AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or similar
✓ Marketing automation / workflow automation

Experience with tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, CRM automation, APIs, AI agents or chatbot systems will be highly regarded.

You do not need to be an AI software developer. However, you must have a genuine interest in AI and be capable of researching, testing and implementing new AI tools.

SALARY

₹40,000–₹70,000 per month + performance incentives

Salary will depend on experience and demonstrated ability.

Exceptional candidates with strong Google/Meta marketing experience combined with practical AI and automation skills may be considered at a higher salary.
