About the Role
We are looking for a highly energetic, camera-confident, and culturally aware Anchor cum Content Catalyst who can become the face and voice of our brand across digital platforms. This role goes beyond anchoring — the ideal candidate should actively spark content ideas, participate in storytelling, create engaging social media moments, and help turn everyday brand activities into audience-worthy content.
If you are someone who naturally talks to people, understands trends, enjoys creating reels/videos, and can bring life to a brand through communication and creativity, this role is for you.
Key ResponsibilitiesAnchoring & Presentation
- Host and present brand videos, reels, interviews, events, podcasts, and promotional content.
- Deliver content confidently in front of the camera with strong expressions, clarity, and personality.
- Conduct customer interactions, vox pops, behind-the-scenes videos, and influencer-style presentations.
- Represent the brand at launches, campaigns, and public activations.
Content Catalyst Responsibilities
- Brainstorm fresh content ideas aligned with current trends and audience behavior.
- Collaborate with designers, editors, strategists, and marketers to create engaging digital content.
- Convert everyday moments into social media-friendly storytelling opportunities.
- Assist in scripting short-form content, hooks, captions, and conversational narratives.
- Identify viral trends, meme formats, audio trends, and audience engagement opportunities.
Social Media Contribution
- Create Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and platform-native content.
- Participate actively in content shoots and campaign concepts.
- Maintain an engaging and relatable on-screen personality.
- Help improve audience engagement, watch time, and community interaction.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English
- Strong camera presence and presentation ability
- Confidence in public speaking and spontaneous interactions
- Creative thinking with social media awareness
- Understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and short-form content trends
- Basic scripting and storytelling ability
- Energetic, expressive, and adaptable personality
- Team collaboration and quick execution mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in anchoring, content creation, radio, media, or digital marketing
- Experience in hosting reels, interviews, or influencer-style videos
- Familiarity with trending social media formats and audience psychology
- Basic understanding of branding and marketing communication
