Job Description
We are looking for a creative Freelance Graphic Designer to work on a short-term project for an EdTech company.
The project involves designing fun, engaging, and visually appealing classroom graphics that will be used to create an exciting learning environment for students.
We are looking for someone with a strong creative eye who can develop designs that feel modern, vibrant, playful, and educational, while maintaining a cohesive visual theme across the project.
Key Responsibilities
- Create creative and engaging graphic designs for classroom spaces.
- Develop visually appealing illustrations, patterns, typography, icons, and educational elements.
- Translate concepts and creative direction into polished designs.
- Maintain consistency in colors, typography, illustrations, and overall visual style.
- Make revisions based on feedback and deliver final artwork within the required timeline.
- Prepare high-quality files suitable for large-format printing.
Requirements
- Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and creative visual work.
- Good understanding of typography, color, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience with tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, or similar.
- Ability to create or work with illustrations and graphic elements.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across multiple designs.
- Ability to work independently and meet a tight 2-day deadline.
- Experience with EdTech, education, children's spaces, wall graphics, or environmental graphics is a plus.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is someone who can take a basic concept and turn it into a fun, imaginative, and polished classroom experience.
We are particularly interested in designers whose portfolio shows playful illustrations, creative educational graphics, vibrant environments, or visually engaging spaces.
