Job Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
Prepare sales, purchase, payment, receipt, debit and credit entries.
Maintain invoices, ledgers, vouchers and other accounting records.
Handle dispatch documentation, including invoices, delivery challans and e-way bills.
Coordinate with production, stores, sales and transport teams for timely dispatches.
Prepare dispatch schedules and maintain dispatch records.
Coordinate with transporters and customers regarding deliveries.
Verify quantities, documents and materials before dispatch.
Maintain Accounts Receivable / Payable and follow up for outstanding payments.
Perform bank reconciliation and assist in monthly accounting activities.
Maintain proper filing of accounting and dispatch documents.
Prepare basic MIS reports related to accounts and dispatch.

Required Skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
