Job Description Front Desk Associate

Niravi Jaipur
Jaipur, Rajasthan

About the Role

At Niravi Jaipur, our Front Desk Associate is often the first and last person our guests meet. We are looking for someone who enjoys welcoming people, pays attention to detail, and is happy to help wherever needed. This is a hands-on role in a boutique hotel where every day is different.

Key Responsibilities Guest Reception

Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
Assist guests with enquiries, requests and local recommendations.
Answer telephone calls, emails and WhatsApp messages courteously.

Reservations

Update booking systems accurately.
Coordinate with OTA bookings where required.
Ensure guest details and payments are correctly recorded.

Guest Experience

Anticipate guest needs and assist in creating memorable stays.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Kitchen and Maintenance to ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly.
Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate concerns when required.

Daily Operations

Prepare guest registration cards and arrival lists.
Process payments and maintain accurate billing.
Maintain the reception area in a clean and welcoming condition.
Complete daily shift reports and handovers.

General Duties

Assist colleagues across departments whenever required.
Help maintain hotel standards and presentation.
Represent the values and personality of Niravi Jaipur at all times.

Skills & Qualities

Friendly and approachable personality.
Good spoken and written English.
Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn hotel software.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Calm under pressure and able to multitask.
Willingness to learn and work as part of a small team.

Experience

Previous experience in Front Office or Guest Services is preferred but not essential.
Fresh graduates with a positive attitude and hospitality mindset are welcome to apply.

Working Hours

Rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
