Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled Front Office Executive/CRM to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our front office, providing outstanding customer service, and managing our CRM system effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors with warmth and professionalism.
Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or individual.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
Manage customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products/services.
Oversee the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data entry.
Assist in administrative tasks, including correspondence, scheduling, and general office support.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and customer service delivery.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a front office, receptionist, or customer-facing role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with CRM software.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Professional demeanor, with a strong focus on providing excellent customer service.
