Full job description

SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with an M.Com qualification to manage day-to-day accounting operations, with a strong focus on Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Credit Transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
Handle and monitor credit transactions, credit sales, and customer accounts.
Maintain accurate records of customer outstanding and vendor payable balances.
Monitor credit limits, payment terms, and overdue accounts.
Follow up on outstanding receivables and ensure timely collections.
Process vendor invoices, payments, and related accounting entries.
Maintain ledgers, journals, and supporting financial records.
Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
Prepare regular reports on receivables, payables, credit sales, and outstanding balances.
Ensure accuracy and compliance in all accounting transactions.
Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts, and Management teams regarding credit and payment matters.
Support monthly closing and financial reporting activities.

Qualification

M.Com / Master’s Degree in Commerce
Relevant experience in accounting, preferably in retail, trading, or distribution
Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Credit Management

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
