Coordinate Workday technical delivery across HR, IT, Security, IAM, vendors, infrastructure, and enterprise application teams, ensuring dependencies are managed and outcomes are delivered with strong IT governance.
-
Own the Workday integration landscape, including inbound and outbound integrations for HR, Payroll, Benefits, IAM, recruiting, reporting, JML processes, third-party benefits providers, and downstream enterprise systems.

Assess existing integrations when new functionality, business process changes, vendor changes, regulatory needs, or Workday releases are introduced; document impacts, define change requirements, coordinate testing, and support deployment readiness.
-
Build, support, monitor, and troubleshoot Workday integrations using tools such as EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, PECI, APIs, middleware, and secure file transfer technologies.
-
Partner with enterprise security and IAM teams to maintain Workday security architecture, including domains, roles, access controls, segregation of duties, access reviews, and security reporting.

-
Maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, data mappings, runbooks, knowledge articles, support transition materials, and standards for solution design, integration support, release execution, and production application support.
-
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
-
8+ years of experience in enterprise application support, technical business analysis, systems analysis, integration analysis, or related IT roles, including 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience in production environments.
-
Experience leading or managing an enterprise application team, preferably within Workday or another mission-critical SaaS platform, with responsibility for application support, technical delivery, production support, and team development.
-
Ability to lead directly and through influence in a global matrix organization, set priorities, manage stakeholder expectations, and translate technical direction into executable plans across regions, functions, business units, and technology teams.
-
Strong experience defining technical and non-functional requirements for Workday integrations, including availability, performance, monitoring, security, audit, error handling, reconciliation, scheduling, scalability, and support requirements.

Hands-on experience with inbound and outbound Workday integrations, including EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, APIs, file-based integrations, middleware-enabled integrations, secure file transfer patterns, and Workday PECI.
-
Experience supporting JML processes, identity lifecycle integrations, payroll integrations, and third-party benefits provider integrations, including eligibility, enrollment, demographic, dependent, and life-event data exchange patterns.
