- Responsible for executing client engagements in the area of Transaction Advisory, buy side / sell side conducting purchase agreement reviews / contractual language analysis.
- Deliver work of the highest quality within budget.
- Anticipate and identify engagement related risks and escalate issues as appropriate, on a timely basis.
- Actively establish and manage relationships with clients on projects.
- Assist Managers in developing new methodologies and internal initiatives.
- Continuously strive towards exceeding client and engagement team expectations and work on increasingly complex assignments.
- Strong technical knowhow on financial statements analysis, financial due diligence, and understanding of working capital, net debt and purchase price adjustments. Analysis will be focused on MS Word document reviews, related to buy side and sell side transactions.
- Preparing commentary on client documents, for presentation to client and their advisors.
- Independent handling of large assignments and maintain a strong user connects.
- Understand business & industry issues / trends. Identify areas requiring improvement in the client's business processes to enable preparation of recommendations.
- Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
- Ensure compliance with engagement plans and internal quality & risk management procedures.
- Demonstrate an application & solution-based approach to problem solving technique.
- Develop strong working relationships with client.
- Manage engagement budgets and support Senior Managers in developing marketing collaterals, business
proposals and new solution / methodology development.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong written communication skills.
Education / Professional Experience/ Qualifications
- CA or MBA Finance with 8+ years of experience into Financial Due Diligence and Purchase Agreement Advisory.
