Head of Nutrition

Location: Malviya Nagar, Jaipur

About the Role

Pachouli Aesthetic & Wellness is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Head of Nutrition to lead the nutrition and slimming function at our Malviya Nagar, Jaipur centre. The role will be responsible for clinical nutrition quality, team leadership, client outcomes, retention, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the nutrition/dietitian team and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the department.
Conduct client consultations, nutritional assessments, and develop personalised diet and wellness plans.
Monitor client progress, adherence, weight-management outcomes, and overall satisfaction.
Ensure all nutrition services are delivered as per company SOPs, clinical protocols, and quality standards.
Drive monthly nutrition/slimming revenue targets through effective consultations, conversions, retention, upselling, and cross-selling.
Train, mentor, and monitor the performance of dietitians and nutrition staff.
Coordinate with the Centre Manager, doctors, physiotherapists, therapists, and other departments for holistic client care.
Handle complex client cases, complaints, and escalations professionally.
Maintain accurate client records, consultation reports, follow-ups, and departmental MIS.
Analyse performance reports and implement strategies to improve client outcomes, regularity, retention, and revenue.
Conduct team meetings, training sessions, and nutrition awareness activities as required.
Ensure proper follow-up of inactive/irregular clients and minimise package drop-offs.
Stay updated with current nutrition, weight-management, and wellness practices and implement relevant improvements.

Eligibility

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Clinical Nutrition, or a related field.
2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a wellness, slimming, aesthetic, healthcare, or nutrition clinic.
Prior experience in team handling and department leadership is preferred.
Strong knowledge of weight management, clinical nutrition, diet planning, and lifestyle counselling.
Strong communication, counselling, leadership, and client-handling skills.
Commercially aware and comfortable working with revenue and performance targets.
Good working knowledge of MS Office and clinic/CRM software.
