**Job Title:** Junior Salesforce Support Engineer

**Total Openings:** 6

**Experience Required:** 2 – 3 Years

**Compensation / CTC:** ₹6,000,000 / 6 LPA

**Role Type:** Full-time

## **Role Overview**

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Junior Salesforce Support Engineer** to join our technical support team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our Salesforce applications, resolving system incidents, performing platform configurations, and supporting daily business operations. You will act as a key liaison between end-users and technical teams to ensure high platform uptime and SLA compliance.

## **Key Responsibilities**

### **Incident & Request Management**

* Monitor, triage, and resolve incoming Salesforce user requests, system incidents, and service tickets.

* Ensure strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for response and resolution times.

* Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on recurring technical issues and document long-term resolutions.

### **Platform Administration & Configuration**

* Handle user administration, including user onboarding/offboarding, role hierarchies, profiles, and permission sets.

* Configure and maintain validation rules, field updates, object definitions, and custom workflows.

* Generate and manage custom reports and interactive dashboards for operational visibility.

* Use Data Loader for bulk data imports, updates, and maintenance tasks.

### **Service Cloud & Integration Support**

* Support core Service Cloud processes, including case management, queues, auto-response rules, and escalation paths.

* Basic troubleshooting of Apex code, SOQL queries, and Lightning components.

* Monitor and assist with standard API integrations, system interfaces, and data sync workflows.

### **Stakeholder & Process Management**

* Coordinate with business stakeholders to clarify ticket requirements and report progress.

* Support standard Change Management procedures for deployments and system enhancements.

## **Required Skills & Qualifications**

### **Salesforce Core Capabilities**

* **Salesforce Administration:** Hands-on experience managing user access, profiles, roles, and sharing rules.

* **Service Cloud:** Practical experience configuring and supporting Service Cloud features.

* **Data Management:** Proficiency with Salesforce Data Loader and data manipulation tools.

* **Declarative Tools:** Expertise in building and maintaining Validation Rules and standard workflows.

* **Analytics:** Strong skill in building custom Reports and Dashboards.

### **Technical & Analytical Knowledge**

* **SOQL:** Ability to write basic Salesforce Object Query Language queries to analyze data.

* **Apex & Lightning:** Basic understanding of Apex triggers/classes and Lightning Platform architecture.

* **Integrations:** Fundamental knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and data integration patterns.

### **Support & Process Skills**

* Strong knowledge of Incident Management and Change Management lifecycle.

* Excellent analytical skills for Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

* Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.

## **Preferred Certifications**

* **Salesforce Certified Administrator** *(Required / Highly Preferred)*

* **Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder** *(Preferred)*

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
