Job Title: Senior Sports Coach
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-time
Location: Mansarover

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Sports Coach to lead and manage the school's sports programmes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coaching students, organising sporting events, mentoring junior coaches, and promoting physical fitness and sportsmanship among students.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and conduct sports training sessions for students.
Develop fitness programmes and enhance students' athletic performance.
Coach school teams for inter-school, district and state-level competitions.
Organise sports events, tournaments and annual sports activities.
Identify and nurture talented athletes.
Ensure student safety during practice sessions and competitions.
Maintain sports equipment and monitor inventory.
Mentor and supervise junior coaches and sports staff.
Coordinate with school management regarding sports schedules and activities.
Promote discipline, teamwork and fair play among students.

Eligibility Criteria:

M.P.Ed. (Master of Physical Education) is mandatory.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Sports Coach, preferably in a school.
Strong knowledge of sports coaching techniques and fitness training.
Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
Ability to train students across different age groups.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in organising sports tournaments and events.
First Aid/CPR certification is an added advantage.
Ability to motivate and mentor students.
Strong team management and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
