The resort features elegantly designed rooms and cottages, premium dining experiences, luxury event spaces, and world-class amenities, creating memorable stays for leisure and corporate guests alike.

Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, guest-centric, and passionate Front Office Manager to lead all Front Office operations at ZANA – A Luxury Escape, Jim Corbett. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, leading a high-performing team, ensuring operational excellence, and upholding the luxury service standards synonymous with the ZANA brand.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all Front Office operations, including Reception, Guest Relations, Concierge, Bell Desk, and Reservations coordination.
Ensure seamless check-in and check-out experiences while delivering personalized luxury service.
Maintain the highest standards of guest satisfaction and brand service excellence.
Recruit, train, mentor, and develop the Front Office team.
Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery promptly and professionally.
Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage, Sales, and Revenue teams to ensure smooth hotel operations.
Monitor room inventory, room assignments, VIP arrivals, and special guest requests.
Drive upselling initiatives to maximize room revenue and guest experience.
Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, brand standards, statutory regulations, and safety procedures.
Prepare departmental budgets, forecasts, and operational reports.
Monitor guest reviews and implement continuous service improvement initiatives.
Maintain grooming, discipline, and performance standards within the department.
Support resort operations during high occupancy, weddings, conferences, and special events.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management.
Minimum 6–8 years of Front Office experience with at least 2 years as Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager in a luxury hotel or resort.
Resort experience is highly preferred.
Strong working knowledge of Opera PMS or similar Property Management Systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of room inventory management, revenue optimization, and guest relations.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining exceptional service standards.
