Full job description

Supervise and execute construction activities as per approved drawings and specifications
Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers on site
Conduct site inspections and monitor progress of work
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site procedures
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and site documentation
Identify and resolve technical issues and site-related challenges
Assist in material planning, quantity estimation, and cost control
Liaise with project managers, architects, and consultants for approvals and clarifications
Ensure proper usage and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering (or relevant discipline)
2–3 years of experience in construction or site execution (freshers may apply if specified)
Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and standards
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs
Good communication and coordination skills
Willingness to work on-site and handle multiple tasks
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
