Roles and Responsibilities:

Preparation of GSTR-1/2B/3B data of residential & commercial project
Preparation of Balance sheet & profit & Loss.
Preparation of data of RERA registration & form-3
Knowledge of MS Office, Tally ERP, GST, waybills and proper filing of documents
TDS return filling & Data preparation
Vendors & Contractors Payment processing.
Responsible for payment and management of all taxation such as TDS, Service Tax, PF, Professional Tax, , Sales Tax etc

Qualification - B. Com/ MBA Fin or Bachelor’s degree in related field
Experience - 8-10 Years in construction/Real Estate Industry.
