Techwurkz is hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer / Lead for a leading global technology organization. The role focuses on Kubernetes operations, infrastructure automation, reliability, observability, and technical leadership.

Position Details
✔ Role: Senior DevOps Engineer / Lead
✔ Experience: 7–9 Years
✔ Location: Remote – India
✔ Shift: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST
What You'll Do
✔ Manage Kubernetes clusters, upgrades, node groups, scaling, draining and replacement.
✔ Troubleshoot workload, node, pod, scheduling and networking issues using kubectl, logs and metrics.
✔ Build automation, scripts and internal tooling using Python, Go or Bash.
✔ Automate upgrades, remediation, scaling and routine infrastructure workflows.
✔ Improve logging, metrics, monitoring, alerting and observability.
✔ Lead incident response, on-call activities and post-incident reviews.
✔ Partner with platform/service teams on capacity planning and infrastructure improvements.
✔ Mentor engineers and lead technical/design reviews.
What We're Looking For
✔ 7–9 years of DevOps, SRE or Infrastructure Engineering experience.
✔ Deep hands-on Kubernetes operations and troubleshooting experience.
✔ Strong Python, Go or Bash scripting.
✔ Cloud experience with AWS, GCP or Azure.
✔ Strong distributed-systems debugging and RCA skills.
✔ Excellent communication and technical leadership abilities.
