Executive Assistant Intern

Position: Executive Assistant Intern
Internship Duration: 6 Months
Working Hours: 4.5 Hours per Day
Working Days: 6 Days per Week
Stipend: ₹1,000 per Month
Work Mode: Remote
Department: Administration / Management

About the Role

We are looking for a Responsible, organized, and well-communicative Executive Assistant Intern to work closely with the Director and assist with day-to-day administrative, coordination, and management activities.

The intern will have the opportunity to work directly with the Director, accompany the Director during meetings and professional discussions, coordinate with different teams, maintain reports and trackers, and gain practical exposure to business administration and management.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate closely with the Director regarding day-to-day tasks, schedules, meetings, interviews, calls, and appointments.
Maintain and regularly update the Director's meeting calendar and schedule.
Accompany and assist the Director during meetings, interviews, calls, and other official engagements whenever required.
Coordinate with employees, candidates, clients, and other stakeholders on behalf of the Director.
Maintain Google Sheets, trackers, reports, and records related to meetings, interviews, tasks, follow-ups, and other activities.
Keep track of pending tasks, deadlines, commitments, and follow-ups.
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly reports and provide updates to the Director.
Take notes during meetings and maintain records of important discussions, decisions, and action items.
Assist the Director with presentations, documents, reports, and other administrative requirements.
Ensure timely communication of schedules, meetings, and important updates.
Handle confidential company and management information with professionalism and discretion.
Represent the company professionally while accompanying or communicating on behalf of the Director.
Support the Director with other administrative and coordination responsibilities as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Administration, Management, Commerce, Arts, or any other non-technical discipline.
Candidates from a technical/engineering/IT background are not preferred for this role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
Good knowledge of Google Sheets and Google Workspace.
Ability to maintain trackers, reports, records, and schedules accurately.
Good follow-up and time-management skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple people and teams.
Professional and confident personality.
Ability to interact appropriately with senior management and external stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to take responsibility.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
