Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic React Native or Flutter Developer Interns who are passionate about mobile application development. This internship offers hands-on experience in building real-world cross-platform mobile applications while learning industry-standard development practices, clean coding principles, and Agile methodologies.
Primary Responsibilities (First 3 Months)Mobile Application Development
- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native or Flutter.
- Build responsive and reusable UI components.
- Implement application features based on UI/UX designs.
- Integrate mobile applications with REST APIs.
- Debug and resolve application issues.
- Optimize application performance and responsiveness.
API Integration
- Consume REST APIs.
- Handle authentication and authorization.
- Parse JSON responses.
- Implement proper error handling.
- Validate API responses.
State Management
- Work with state management libraries.
- Manage application data efficiently.
- Handle asynchronous operations.
- Maintain scalable application architecture.
UI Development
- Build responsive mobile screens.
- Ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
- Implement animations and transitions.
- Maintain consistent UI across Android and iOS.
- Follow Material Design and platform-specific guidelines.
Database & Local Storage
- Work with local databases or storage solutions.
- Implement offline data storage.
- Manage caching strategies.
- Synchronize local and server data.
Testing & Debugging
- Perform application testing.
- Debug runtime issues.
- Fix UI and functional bugs.
- Improve application stability and performance.
Version Control
- Use Git for source code management.
- Create feature branches.
- Participate in code reviews.
- Resolve merge conflicts.
- Maintain clean commit history.
Documentation
- Document implemented features.
- Maintain technical documentation.
- Share daily work updates.
- Update project tasks in JIRA.
- Follow coding standards and documentation practices.

Daily Responsibilities
You will be expected to:
- Attend daily Scrum meetings.
- Participate in Sprint Planning.
- Participate in Sprint Reviews.
- Participate in Sprint Retrospectives.
- Update JIRA tasks regularly.
- Share daily work updates.
- Coordinate with developers, product owners, and mentors.
- Complete assigned tasks within committed timelines.
- Develop assigned mobile application features.
- Fix reported bugs and issues.
- Review and improve existing code.
- Continuously learn new mobile development technologies.
