Academic Coordinator

Location: Remote (Work From Home)
Job Type: Full-time | Permanent
Experience: Minimum 3 months in administrative coordination, backend support, EdTech, or a similar role (Preferred)
Expected Joining Date: Immediate

About Us

SpeakInfinite Educational Services is a fast-growing EdTech organization committed to delivering high-quality online learning experiences. We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Academic Coordinator cum Assistant to Academic Head to support our academic operations and management team.

Shift Timings

Working Hours: 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM IST
Mode: Remote (Work From Home)

Key Responsibilities

Manage and organize backend operations related to the online student portal.
Monitor and respond to internal communication channels to ensure smooth coordination between students and staff.
Coordinate with multiple departments to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
Organize digital resources, cloud storage, and Google Drive folders.
Schedule meetings, track tasks, and send timely reminders.
Support management with strategic and operational initiatives.

Required Skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms).
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Experience managing backend systems and digital platforms.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude.
Experience with EdTech platforms or Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an added advantage.

Eligibility Criteria

Available to work full-time during the assigned shift (5:00 AM – 1:00 PM IST).
Minimum 3 months of relevant experience in administration, backend operations, academic coordination, or a similar role is preferred.
Strong understanding of administrative workflows and digital tools.
High level of accountability, ownership, and commitment to deadlines.

Compensation Probation Period (First 3 Months)

Stipend: ₹20,000 per month

Post-Probation

Salary: ₹22,000 per month
