US Staffing Delivery Manager – Philippines

Location: Philippines – Remote
Shift: U.S. Hours / Night Shift
Employment: Full-Time

WE'RE LOOKING FOR A RECRUITING LEADER — NOT A REPORTING MANAGER.

We are building a high-performance recruiting team in the Philippines supporting multiple U.S. staffing clients.

We need an experienced US Staffing Delivery Manager who knows how to drive recruiters, find difficult candidates, increase interviews, and ultimately produce placements.

If your management style is collecting reports, scheduling meetings, and asking recruiters for updates, this isn't the job.

If you can take a struggling requirement, diagnose the problem, jump into the search, coach the recruiter, and turn it into interviews — we want to talk to you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You will own recruiting delivery for our U.S. clients.

That means:

Lead and coach a team of offshore recruiters
Run daily delivery and pipeline meetings
Prioritize open requirements
Drive recruiter productivity
Review candidate quality
Improve sourcing strategies
Jump into difficult searches when necessary
Coach Boolean, LinkedIn, job board, and database sourcing
Track submissions, interviews, offers, and placements
Identify underperformance quickly
Hold recruiters accountable
Communicate directly with U.S. clients
Make sure priority jobs get filled

You aren't watching recruiting from the sidelines.

You're responsible for the scoreboard.

THE SCOREBOARD

We care about results.

You'll be measured on:

Qualified Submissions → Interviews → Offers → Placements → Revenue

We will also track:

Time-to-submit
Submission-to-interview ratio
Recruiter productivity
Candidate quality
Time-to-fill
Client satisfaction

Activity matters.

Results matter more.

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS

You should have:

5+ years of U.S. recruiting/staffing experience

2+ years managing recruiters supporting U.S. clients

Strong personal recruiting performance before moving into management.

You must understand:

U.S. staffing
Direct hire
Contract staffing
Candidate qualification
LinkedIn Recruiter
Boolean sourcing
Job boards
ATS/CRM systems
Interview management
Offer closing
Recruiter KPIs

You must also have excellent English communication skills and be comfortable working U.S. business hours from the Philippines.
