Responsibilities:

Following, respecting & establishing all EHS guidelines, protocols etc in workplace to achieve zero accident goal.
Ensuring overall production of all production lines with maintaining utmost safety & quality standard.
To achieve monthly / quarterly / annual budget & forecast.
Ensuring Product costing on regular basis as per requirements of business continuity in consultation with supply chain, QC, production and finance team. Basic understanding of P & L account.
Ensuring active involvement in process improvement, cost optimisation, IMS, 5S, TPM,Training etc.
Ensuring participation and encourage team in KAIZEN culture (improvements jobs)
Ensuring compliance with all legal, statutory matter as per industrial law.

Knowledge, skills, abilities and other characteristics:

Professional with a background of managing operation of Refractory manufacturing / Insulation products / Chemical industry etc.
Ability to lead entire team at plant level. Positive attitude / teamwork approach / self-driven / result oriented.
Open minded & experience in multicultural environments.
Knowledge of SAP, MS office, other operating software.

Requirements:

Essential: B. Tech in Ceramic /Chemical Engineering with minimum 15 years of experience
Preferred: Work experience in Refractory Manufacturing / Thermal Insulation products
