Job Description – Office Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Coordinator to manage daily office operations, provide administrative support, and ensure the smooth functioning of the office.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate books of accounts.
Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
Prepare and verify invoices, bills, vouchers and payment-related documents.
Maintain proper records of receipts, payments, purchases and expenses.
Perform bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny and account reconciliation.
Handle GST-related accounting and compliance activities, including data preparation and coordination for returns.
Assist in TDS calculation, deduction, reconciliation and compliance.
Prepare monthly reports, MIS and other financial statements as required.
Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up for timely settlement.
Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks and internal departments regarding accounts-related matters.
Support in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and statutory requirements.
Assist in internal and external audits and provide required documents and information.
Ensure accounting entries and financial records are accurate and updated on time.
Perform other accounts and finance-related duties assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
3–6 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
Good knowledge of GST, TDS and basic statutory compliance.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
Good understanding of ledger, reconciliation, invoicing and financial documentation.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Preferred

Experience in a manufacturing / factory environment will be an advantage.
Experience with ERP/accounting software will be preferred.
Experience in handling audit and statutory documentation will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
