Key Responsibilities:

Manage the MD's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Handle calls, emails, correspondence, and confidential documents.
Coordinate with all departments and ensure timely follow-up on pending tasks, reports, and action items.
Track departmental performance updates and submit status reports to the MD.
Assist in monitoring accounts-related activities, payment follow-ups, vendor coordination, and document verification.
Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes of meetings.
Liaise with internal teams, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
Maintain records, MIS reports, and important business documentation.
Organize meetings, events, and official visits.
Ensure timely execution of instructions issued by the MD and follow up until closure.
Perform any other administrative, operational, coordination, or business support activities assigned by the MD.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
