Job Description:

Accord Marketing Studio is looking for a creative and organized Social Media Manager to manage client social media handles as well as Accord Marketing Studio’s internal promotional content distribution.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms, content calendars, posting schedules, audience engagement, campaign execution, and brand communication. This role requires someone who can manage multiple brand accounts, coordinate with content, design, video, and marketing teams, and ensure timely publishing of content across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily social media activities for client brands and Accord Marketing Studio
Handle posting, scheduling, and distribution of content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
Plan and maintain monthly social media content calendars
Coordinate with content writers, designers, video editors, and production teams for timely content delivery
Ensure all posts, captions, creatives, reels, and videos are published as per schedule
Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience engagement across social media platforms
Maintain brand tone, visual consistency, and communication style across all handles
Support promotional content distribution for Accord Marketing Studio’s internal marketing
Track basic performance metrics such as reach, engagement, followers, post performance, and content response
Prepare regular social media reports for clients and internal review
Research trends, hashtags, competitor activities, and platform updates
Coordinate with clients and internal teams for approvals, feedback, and campaign requirements
Assist in executing social media campaigns, festive posts, launch content, and promotional activities

Requirements:

Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Business, or a related field
Prior experience in social media management, digital marketing, or agency-side social media handling
Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, reels, stories, shorts, and social media trends
Ability to manage multiple social media accounts and posting schedules
Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills
Basic understanding of content planning, caption writing, hashtags, and audience engagement
Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, scheduling tools, and social media analytics
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting formats
Ability to work with deadlines and manage multiple brands at the same time
Creative mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Skills:

Experience working in a marketing agency, content studio, or social media team
Ability to understand brand guidelines and client requirements
Basic knowledge of paid promotions, influencer coordination, and campaign distribution will be an added advantage
Comfortable coordinating with creators, designers, editors, and client teams
