Job Title: Mechanical Engineer

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Diploma Mechanical Engineer to join our team at Engeotech . The ideal candidate will be passionate about sustainable engineering solutions and will have a strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles. The candidate will also be responsible for overseeing the purchase and sales of electrical and mechanical parts and equipment. This role also involves maintaining tools and equipment, as well as managing stock records to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, analyze, and improve mechanical systems and equipment used in waste water treatment processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for waste water treatment challenges.
Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for new projects.
Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation.
Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems.
Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements related to waste water treatment.
Manage the purchasing and sales process of electrical and mechanical components and equipment.
Maintain and keep an inventory of tools, ensuring all equipment is in working condition.
Keep accurate records of stock levels, including incoming and outgoing materials.
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to supply necessary equipment and materials.
Assist in the evaluation and selection of suppliers, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
Support the maintenance and repair of equipment, as needed.
Prepare reports related to purchasing, inventory, and stock levels for management.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all operations.

Qualifications:

Diploma/Btech Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
Fresher & Experience 2 to 3 years having a strong knowledge of the relate field will be eligible.
Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Plant 3D).
Familiarity with waste water treatment processes and technologies is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
