Job Title: Back Office Executive

Location: Sangli

Who Can Apply: Freshers &

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our daily administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to manage documentation efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update company records, documents, and databases.
Perform data entry with accuracy and maintain MIS reports.
Calling for Follow up
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Handle email communication and maintain proper documentation.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and post.
Maintain office files and ensure proper record management.
Follow up with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding pending tasks.
Support HR, Accounts, and Operations, Sales departments whenever required.
Perform other back-office and administrative tasks assigned by the management.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good typing speed and data entry skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Qualification

Any Graduate
Freshers and Pursuing candidates welcome to apply.

Office Details

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Weekly Off: Every Sunday & 3rd Saturday

Pay: ₹10,703.99 - ₹15,435.31 per month
