Job Tittle: Senior Inside Sales Specialist
Role Summary:
The Inside Sales Representative will support customer sales activities by managing lead registration, coordinating with OEMs, preparing proposals, and assisting the sales team or directly handling end customers in driving business opportunities. The role requires strong coordination skills, communication skills and tracking skills to ensure the smooth execution of the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Register leads through the OEM deal registration process and follow up for lead approvals.
2. Log quote requests with OEMs using sales tools.
3. Must be proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word to help create proposals.
4. Must be involved in all sales activities such as calling prospects, sharing product information, and securing meetings/appointments.
5. Must be able to track price requests from inception to closure.
6. Responsible for documenting all leads generated & progress until closure.
7. Responsible for tabulating all quotes into funnels.
8. Update the BU Head/Reporting Manager on a daily basis.
9. Ability to learn quickly & adopt to using OEM partner portal tools & assets (sales & marketing)
10. Sound knowledge of sales funnels process & sales reports.
Skills and Competencies:
1. Strong knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
2. Must understand the sales process and work in accordance with it.

4. Effective & strong telephone communication skills.

Other Requirements:
1. Previous IT sales experience in selling IT hardware, IT software, IT solutions, IT services, & IT financial leasing solutions.
2. Prior knowledge of using Sales Builder/Windows tools for generating Bills of Materials and quotes for servers and storage RFPs.
Experience Range: Minimum 3 to 6 years of experience.
Education: MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred, or any Bachelor’s degree with prior experience in IT sales.
Professional Certification: Sales certifications from OEMs will carry additional weightage.
Budget / CTC PA: 4 to 6 LPA (20% variable pay extra based on target achievement).

Reporting Manager: BU Head – Inside sales or Sales head.
Work Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Number of vacancies: 3.
Weekly work schedule: 5.5 working days – Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM from office premises, and Saturday half a day work from home, 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM.
Work Mode: Work from office, Work from office during the 1st year, followed by a performance-based hybrid model from the 2nd year onwards: 3 days in the office, 2 days’ work from home, plus a half-day work from home allocated for relevant report generation, training/ learning programs.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
