Full job description

We are looking for a highly creative Creative Director / Creative Manager with an exceptional eye for design, branding, and visual storytelling. This role is for someone with great creative taste—someone who instinctively knows what looks premium, what doesn't, how a campaign should be presented, and how every visual element should come together.

You won't just create ideas—you'll guide the creative vision, direct the team, and ensure every image, video, advertisement, and social media post reflects a high-quality international brand standard.

Experience working with international fashion, clothing, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the overall creative direction for digital marketing campaigns and brand communication.
Direct photoshoots, video shoots, reels, and advertising creatives from concept to execution.
Guide designers, video editors, photographers, content creators, and social media teams to deliver premium-quality work.
Decide what visuals, colors, typography, layouts, and messaging best represent the brand.
Review all creative assets before publishing and maintain a consistently high standard.
Brainstorm innovative campaign ideas for product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand awareness.
Ensure every visual aligns with the brand identity and customer expectations.
Stay updated with international fashion trends, creative design trends, social media content styles, and competitor strategies.
Provide constructive feedback, mentor creative team members, and continuously improve creative quality.

Required Skills

5–7 years of experience as a Creative Director, Creative Manager, Art Director, or similar leadership role.
Outstanding creative taste and a strong understanding of aesthetics, branding, and visual storytelling.
Ability to identify what works visually and what needs improvement.
Experience directing designers, photographers, videographers, and editors.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing creatives for Meta, Google, TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube.
Understanding of branding, color theory, typography, composition, and user psychology.
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage multiple creative projects under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with international clothing, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands.
Understanding of Shopify-based e-commerce businesses.
Familiarity with AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
