Salary : 5,000+Commission on bookings
Responsibilities :
- Find and bring customers who need bus tickets.
- Book bus tickets for customers using the Nikibus platform.
- Assist customers with seat selection, timings, boarding points, and payments.
- Help customers with cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds when required.
- Promote Nikibus services in local areas, colleges, offices, and businesses.
- Maintain good relationships with regular customers to increase repeat bookings.
- Achieve monthly booking targets.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of bus ticket booking.
- Good communication skills in local language and Hindi or English.
- Smartphone or laptop with internet connection.
- Ability to interact with customers and help them with bookings.
