Job Description

Chinmaya Nauni is looking for a receptionist with good English-speaking skills and excellent communication abilities to manage the front desk and communicate professionally with parents, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Handle and manage incoming parent calls professionally.
Communicate with parents regarding school-related queries and information.
Welcome and assist parents, visitors, and guests at the reception.
Maintain a professional and friendly reception environment.
Coordinate with teachers and school administration when required.
Handle basic administrative and front-desk tasks.
Maintain records of calls, visitors, and important communications.
Ensure parents receive accurate and timely information.

Requirements

candidate with a pleasant and professional personality.
Good spoken English and Hindi.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in handling parent conversations and enquiries.
Basic computer knowledge.
Polite, patient, and well-organized.
Previous experience in a school, reception, customer service, or similar role will be an advantage.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience, communication skills, and overall suitability.
