Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable MERN Stack Trainer who can train students in modern Full Stack Web Development using the MERN Stack. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, hands-on project experience, and excellent teaching & communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Train students in MERN Stack Development from basic to advanced levels (Theory + Practical).
- Teach HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
- Conduct hands-on coding sessions with real-world projects and case studies.
- Teach REST APIs, Authentication (JWT), CRUD Operations, and Database Design.
- Guide students in building industry-level Full Stack applications.
- Teach Git & GitHub for version control and collaborative development.
- Introduce students to deployment using Vercel, Netlify, Render, VPS, and Cloud Platforms.
- Create lesson plans, assignments, coding challenges, and project-based learning activities.
- Help students build professional portfolios, GitHub profiles, and prepare for technical interviews.
- Stay updated with the latest MERN Stack technologies, AI coding tools, and industry trends.
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure high-quality training delivery.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
- Good understanding of React.js and modern React concepts (Hooks, Context API, Routing).
- Experience with Node.js and Express.js.
- Strong knowledge of MongoDB and Mongoose.
- Experience in building REST APIs.
- Understanding of Authentication & Authorization (JWT, bcrypt).
- Knowledge of Git & GitHub.
- Basic understanding of deployment and hosting.
- Familiarity with AI coding tools like ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or similar.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and practical manner.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- Freshers with excellent practical knowledge and teaching ability are also encouraged to apply.
- Relevant certifications in MERN Stack, Full Stack Development, React.js, Node.js, or Web Development will be an added advantage.
