Full job description

We are hiring a Computer Operator for data entry, Punjabi and English typing, document preparation, Excel work, and basic graphic editing. The candidate must have good typing speed in Punjabi and English and sound knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Paint, Photoshop, email handling, scanning, printing, and general office computer work.

Key Responsibilities

Perform accurate data entry and maintain digital records.
Type documents, letters, applications, reports, and other office materials in Punjabi and English.
Prepare and format documents using MS Word and Excel.
Create, update, and maintain Excel sheets, reports, and databases.
Use basic formulas, sorting, filtering, and formatting in MS Excel.
Scan, print, photocopy, email, and organize office documents.
Create simple graphics, notices, posters, and image edits using Paint and Photoshop.
Maintain proper filing of digital and physical records.
Assist with daily administrative and office computer work.
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Required Skills

Must have good typing speed in Punjabi and English.
Strong knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
Must know Excel functions such as data entry, formatting, sorting, filtering, and basic formulas.
Basic knowledge of Paint and Adobe Photoshop.
Ability to create and edit simple images, posters, and documents.
Knowledge of internet browsing, email handling, scanning, printing, and file management.
Good attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
Computer diploma or certification will be preferred.
Previous experience as a Computer Operator, Data Entry Operator, Office Assistant, or similar role is an advantage.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
