Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support to end users and ensure smooth functioning of IT systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and hardware-related issues.
Install and configure Windows OS, software, and applications.
Provide technical support to end users.
Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, and network connectivity issues.
Configure and troubleshoot Outlook/email and user accounts.
Perform hardware installation, replacement, and basic maintenance.
Maintain IT asset records and update support tickets.
Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team.
Ensure timely resolution of user incidents and service requests.

Required Skills:

Good knowledge of Windows OS and computer hardware.
Basic knowledge of LAN, TCP/IP, and networking.
Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Outlook is preferred.
Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle onsite support.

Qualification: Diploma / BCA / B.Sc. / B.E. / B.Tech or any IT-related qualification preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
