Noble Hospital, Kundli is hiring for TPA Manager having prior experience of minimum 3-5 years in managing TPAs, Patient Claims, Insurance Verification and Patient Account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Claims Management:
- Submit, track, and follow up on claims submitted to third-party insurers (e.g., health insurance companies, Medicare, Medicaid).
- Ensure claims are processed correctly and payments are received in a timely manner.
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to claims, including working with insurance representatives to facilitate adjustments or reprocessing.
- Insurance Verification & Authorization:
- Verify insurance coverage and benefits for patients prior to their procedures or treatments.
- Obtain necessary pre-authorizations from insurance companies for medical procedures.
- Communicate with patients and insurance providers to ensure the necessary approvals are in place.
- Patient Account Management:
- Collaborate with patients and their insurers to resolve billing issues or discrepancies.
- Provide patients with clear information regarding their financial responsibilities, co-pays, deductibles, and out-of-pocket expenses.
- Assist with setting up payment plans or alternative payment options when necessary.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all insurance interactions, claims submissions, payments, and adjustments.
- Prepare reports and summaries of claims status and payment outcomes for hospital management.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Insurance, or related field preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in medical billing, insurance claims processing, or related roles within a healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of third-party insurance policies, reimbursement systems, and healthcare billing codes (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS).
- Skills & Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of insurance terminology, policies, and claims processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with insurance companies, patients, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in medical billing software, electronic health record (EHR) systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
Salary - 20-30K/ month
