We are hiring pro- active Assistant Manager in our HR team to manage day to day operations. The ideal candidate shall responsible for

Manage end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning
Handle employee onboarding, documentation & statutory compliance
Develop and execute programs for talent retention and employee engagement
Handle HR Management Information System (MIS), reports, Monthly reviews, and documentation using MS
Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft tools
Coordinate training & development programs
Conduct Showroom and Service centre visits to oversee HR operations
Support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of HRIS systems.
Drive and manage Key Result Areas (KRA), Key Performance Indicators (KPI), Performance Management
(PMS) and Performance Improvement Plan (PIP)
Build and sustain positive employee relations, addressing grievances in coordination with line managers.
Facilitate and execute disciplinary actions in line with company policies.
Maintain HR records, prepare reports, and ensure adherence to HR policies and best practices.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
