Non-IT Project Coordinator – Luxury Furniture

Experience: 2–3 Years
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Job Type: Full-Time
Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO)

We are looking for an experienced Non-IT Project Coordinator to coordinate projects related to luxury, premium, and customized furniture.

The role involves coordinating with customers, vendors, production teams, logistics teams, and other internal departments to ensure furniture orders are processed, produced, delivered, and installed according to customer requirements and agreed timelines.

Candidates with experience in luxury furniture, premium furniture, customized furniture, high-end furniture, or related products are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate furniture projects from order confirmation through delivery and installation.
Understand customer requirements, furniture specifications, and delivery expectations.
Coordinate with customers, vendors, production teams, and internal departments.
Prepare project schedules, timelines, and status reports.
Track furniture production and ensure orders are completed within the agreed timeline.
Follow up on materials, production status, finishing, quality checks, and dispatch.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for required furniture materials and accessories.
Monitor order progress and provide regular updates to customers and internal teams.
Coordinate delivery and installation schedules.
Handle customer queries and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
Identify delays or issues related to materials, production, delivery, or installation and coordinate corrective actions.
Maintain accurate project and order-related documentation.
Coordinate with sales and production teams to ensure customer requirements are properly communicated and executed.
Follow up with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of furniture orders.
Maintain project trackers and provide regular status updates to management.
Ensure smooth coordination from order confirmation to final customer delivery.

Requirements

2–3 years of relevant Project Coordination experience.
Experience in luxury, premium, or customized furniture is mandatory.
Experience coordinating with customers, vendors, production, and logistics teams.
Good understanding of furniture order processing and project coordination.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong coordination, follow-up, and customer-handling skills.
Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Ability to maintain project trackers, schedules, and reports.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple orders and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated and responsible approach.
