Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Solar

Job Type: Full-time
Department: Sales & Marketing
Location: Field-based
Experience: 1–3 years in sales preferred; freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell solar energy products and solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential customers, explaining solar solutions, conducting site visits, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, local networking, and other sales activities.
Visit residential, commercial, and industrial customers to understand their solar requirements.
Explain solar products, systems, benefits, pricing, financing options, and ROI to customers.
Conduct preliminary site assessments and coordinate with the technical team when required.
Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in solar, electrical, renewable energy, or related industries.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Strong customer-handling and convincing abilities.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

Compensation

Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month + attractive incentives, depending on experience and performance.
Travel Allowance: As per company policy.
