Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Lead Generation to lead our efforts in creating high-quality opportunities, strengthening our sales pipeline, and accelerating growth of the India Global Capability Center (GCC). This role is ideal for a creative, forward-thinking leader who challenges convention, brings bold and unconventional ideas, and pioneers non-traditional strategies that stand out in India’s fast-evolving and highly competitive technology GCC landscape.

As the Head of Lead Generation, you will drive strategy from conception to execution, building and leading a high-performing team while staying hands-on with campaigns tailored to global markets, with regional nuances.You'll be accountable for the metrics that matter and deeply understand the data that drives performance in the Fresche India GCC context. This role involves a constant evolution of approaches and campaign adaptation that ultimately drive demand and revenue growth.

You'll execute across multiple channels, design tool strategy while bringing fresh perspectives suited to the Indian and global audiences. This is a leadership / execution role for someone who takes ownership, measures impact fearlessly, experiments relentlessly, and isn't afraid to try new and creative approaches to engage global target audiences and accelerate company growth in India.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive lead generation and demand generation strategy specifically designed to drive qualified leads
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of lead generation/marketing experts
Manage and optimize campaigns across channels relevant to Indian audiences, including Google Ads, email marketing, paid social, SEO, regional platforms, and emerging local channels
Leverage marketing automation tools to create, track, and analyze campaigns, ensuring seamless lead nurturing and pipeline management
Identify and test creative, out-of-the-box lead generation tactics suited to target markets
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, content, and product teams to align messaging and ensure a cohesive customer journey for global customers
Analyze campaign performance metrics, generate actionable insights, and continuously optimize for ROI and pipeline contribution
Own reporting and forecasting of lead generation KPIs for the India GCC business to senior leadership
Stay ahead of industry trends, market innovations, and emerging technologies to bring fresh, locally relevant ideas to the table
Champion the integration of AI-driven tools and workflows to improve targeting, personalization, and campaign efficiency
Manage budgets and vendor relationships (including local agencies/platforms) to maximize the India GCC marketing spend efficiency.

Qualifications

10+ years of proven experience in lead generation, demand generation, or digital marketing, with significant experience in the Indian and global markets, and at least 2-3 years in a leadership/managerial capacity
Must have worked in generating leads with north American prospects and have successfully navigated through the market dynamics
Hands-on expertise with lead generation relevant tools, marketing automation and analytics tools relevant to campaigns
Must have leveraged AI to drive demand, improve targeting, and increase campaign efficiency
A track record of driving measurable results through creative and unconventional lead generation strategies
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Experience influencing and mentoring a marketing colleagues based in India, ideally in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with sales and leadership teams
A growth mindset with a genuine passion for experimentation, innovation, and continuous learning
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field is preferred.
