Full job description

1. Sales Target AchievementAchieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for commercial and premium residential projects.2. Revenue GenerationAchieve targeted booking value and revenue as per project/business plan.3. Lead Generation & ManagementGenerate and manage leads through digital campaigns, references, walk-ins, brokers, channel partners, corporate contacts and direct sales.4. Lead ConversionImprove lead-to-site-visit and site-visit-to-booking conversion ratios. Maintain proper follow-up of every qualified lead.5. Premium Segment SalesIdentify HNI/UHNI, investors, business owners, corporate clients and premium home buyers; develop personalized sales strategies for high-ticket properties.6. Commercial SalesDrive sales of offices, retail spaces, shops, commercial units and other commercial inventory through direct and channel sales.7. Site Visit ManagementPlan and conduct effective site visits, presentations and property demonstrations; ensure strong project positioning.8. Channel Partner ManagementDevelop, appoint and manage brokers/channel partners. Achieve defined sales targets through the channel network and maintain healthy partner relationships.9. Customer Relationship ManagementMaintain regular communication with prospects and customers from enquiry to booking, agreement and possession.10. Negotiation & ClosingHandle price negotiations, commercial terms, payment plans and objections while protecting company margins and achieving timely closures.11. Collection CoordinationCoordinate with customers, CRM/accounts and finance teams to ensure timely payment collection against bookings and outstanding receivables.12. Inventory ManagementMonitor available inventory, blocked units, booking status, cancellations and unsold inventory; recommend suitable sales strategies.13. Market & Competitor AnalysisTrack competitor pricing, offers, launches, inventory, location advantages and customer preferences; provide regular market intelligence to management.14. Sales MIS & ReportingMaintain daily/weekly/monthly reports covering leads, follow-ups, site visits, bookings, cancellations, collections and sales pipeline.15. Team ManagementSet individual targets, monitor team performance, conduct review meetings, coach sales executives and improve productivity.16. Customer ExperienceEnsure professional handling of HNI/premium customers and maintain a high-quality experience throughout the sales journey.17. Referral & Repeat BusinessGenerate referrals and repeat business from existing customers, investors, channel partners and corporate networks.18. Compliance & DocumentationEnsure accurate booking forms, KYC, agreements, payment schedules and other sales documentation as per company process.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
