Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented QA Tester (Fresher) with hands-on experience in manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about using AI technologies to enhance testing processes and contribute to delivering high-quality software products.

Roles & Responsibilities

Execute manual test cases and report defects effectively.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using relevant testing frameworks.
Utilize AI-driven tools and techniques to improve test coverage and efficiency.
Collaborate closely with development and product teams to understand requirements and deliverables.
Participate in test planning, estimation, and review sessions.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the testing lifecycle.
Document test results and provide timely feedback to stakeholders.

Requirements

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Good understanding and hands-on experience in manual testing techniques.
Familiarity with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks.
Exposure to AI-based testing tools or willingness to learn and apply AI in testing processes.
Basic knowledge of programming/scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and tools.
0-1 year of relevant experience (Fresher level).
