A front office assistant acts as the first point of contact for a company, managing visitor reception, phone communications, and basic administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include greeting guests, handling correspondence, and coordinating schedules.Core ResponsibilitiesReception & Communication: Greet visitors warmly, answer and route incoming phone calls, and manage emails or mail delivery.Scheduling & Organization: Coordinate appointments, maintain executive calendars, and book meeting rooms.Administrative Support: Perform data entry, maintain physical and digital filing systems, and prepare routine documents.Office Maintenance: Keep the reception area tidy and monitor office supplies inventory.Key RequirementsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent; formal training in office administration is a plus.Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service or an administrative office role.Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, strong verbal communication, and active multitasking abilities.
