Full job description

About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and aesthetically driven Creative Designer who can bring the Mookuthi Jewellery brand to life through compelling visuals. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of luxury, minimalism, typography, color, and storytelling, with the ability to create designs that reflect the elegance and heritage of fine jewellery.

Key Responsibilities

Design creative assets for digital and print marketing campaigns.
Create visually appealing content for social media, website, WhatsApp, emailers, and advertisements.
Develop campaign concepts that align with the brand's identity and seasonal collections.
Edit and retouch jewellery images while maintaining premium visual quality.
Design brochures, invitations, catalogues, banners, store branding, and packaging materials.
Work closely with the founders, marketing team, photographers, and content creators to execute campaigns.
Ensure consistency in brand identity across all customer touchpoints.
Stay updated on luxury branding, fashion, jewellery, typography, and design trends.
Assist in creating mood boards, campaign themes, and visual concepts for launches and exhibitions.
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines without compromising quality.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in graphic or creative design (experience in jewellery, fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands is preferred).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
Knowledge of Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar editing software is an added advantage.
Strong understanding of composition, typography, color theory, and luxury aesthetics.
Excellent attention to detail and a refined visual sense.
Ability to take feedback positively and convert ideas into impactful designs.
