Key Responsibilities
- Prepare authentic hand-stretched pizzas (dough preparation, proofing, shaping)
- Cook and plate pasta dishes and other Italian menu items
- Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation
- Ensure strict kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
- Assist with prep work, inventory management, and stock rotation
- Handle fast-paced service efficiently, especially during peak hours
- Contribute ideas to improve menu quality and kitchen operations
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine (pizza, pasta, sauces, ingredients)
- Must have hands-on experience with hand-stretched dough
- Basic English communication skills
- Comfortable working late shifts (up to 2:00 AM)
- Open to male and female candidates
